Continental Apts : Windows to Stockholm
When branding the new apartment complex on top of hotel Scandic Continental, we turned to the fashion industry for inspiration.
We wanted Continental Apartments to stand out as an international living concept, where the 19 flats looking out over the Stockholm skyline created the perfect setting for an exciting city life. We brought cameras up on top of the building site to be able to take stunning photos
of the Stockholm night and then mixed it with photos of models looking out over the city, their faces reflecting in the windows.
The concept, ”Windows to Stockholm”, was framed with the soundtrack of Marwin Gayes ”Inner City Blues”, creating the perfect image of what life in the apartments could feel like.
Potential buyers visiting the sales location were given a designed kit containing a prospectus, film and an exclusive copy of the vinyl record ”What’s Going on”.
Continental Apartments still holds the record of the highest price per square meter ever paid in Stockholm.
